December 2010 brought a new change to the Pool Safety Laws being applied in Queensland. This change is that the Queensland Building Amendment Act 2010 now applies to all pools within Queensland including private residential home owners and landlords, home sellers, body corporates and even accommodation providers (Hotels, Motels, Resorts and Caravan Parks).
Under this new law, all pools need to be certified within 5 years of the Act. At All About Pool Safety, our qualified and experienced pool inspectors are here to ensure that your pool fence meets the requirements and that a Pool Safety Certificate (Form 23) is achieved well within the deadline.

This experience means that our inspectors know the safest and most cost efficient ways to make your pool fence is compliant as well as offer onsite advice and answer any questions that you may have.

We now offer a flat rate of $250 which covers your first and second inspection as well as the Gov. Certificate. We are also offering a 10% price reduction on any quote that you have received.
